The Clarence Valley Orchestra and Chorus are back again with ‘An Afternoon at The Pops’ for their 10th Anniversary at the Saraton Theatre with another fantastic program from Artistic Director & Conductor Greg Butcher on Sunday afternoon 27th October. Their 10th anniversary concert special guest artists are The Kransky Sisters from Esk, who are driving their Morris down to Grafton to join the Clarence Valley Orchestra & Chorus for the performance.

The musical sisters from Esk are turning the hubcaps on the highway and heading to the Melbourne Cabaret Festival... bringing a delightful mix of their nutty stories and songs to town! Venturing out from the secret laden walls of the sisters’ secluded home, this strange and endearing trio is an experience not to be missed.  With stories of their misfit adventures paired with famous songs gleaned from the old wireless at home, these three eccentric sisters are set to serve up a real treat. Mourne, Eve and Dawn Kransky are finally hitting  the road again after a long time tending the garden and baking cakes at home.

 

The Kransky Sisters are heading to Adelaide's Winter Comfest weekend to be part of the exciting line up on Saturday 23rd of July.  Either come just for the Saturday night or get a season pass and get 2 nights of comedy.

In light of the evolving status of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and on advice from Australian Health Officials and the Australian government, it is with heavy hearts that we today announce that the March/April Spiegeltent Newcastle & Wollongong season will not proceed as originally planned. Instead, the season will be postponed with new dates to be announced.

All current tickets purchased will be valid for the new season dates.  For those customers who wish to receive a refund, the Spiegeltents will announce details of the refund process once the rescheduled dates have been announced.

Darwin Entertainment Centre (DEC) is responding to the rapidly unfolding COVID-19 pandemic by prioritising the safety of our community and announcing an initial closure of the venue until Thursday 30 April.

 

All scheduled performances to be held within the venue from Thursday 19 March to Thursday 30 April have been cancelled. Ticketholders for these events will receive a full refund.
